Individualized Comprehensive Exams:
We never double book. Your child’s time will include one on one time with Dr. Lisa, where she takes her time to assure a complete and thorough dental health examination.

Dental Insurance filed as a courtesy, as is customary any remaining unpaid balance is patient responsibility.

Patient Choice of Fluoride:
We use the most kid-friendly line of flavored fluoride from Ross Healthcare.

Some Fluoride Flavors that your child may choose, include:

• Marshmallow Float
• Cool Peppermint, Strawberry, Vanilla Orange
• Bazooka Bubblegum, Banana Berry, Grape Explosion
• Raspberry Blast, Watermelon Splash, Rootbeer
• Apple Cinnamon

Each Child chooses an age appropriate toothbrush
(made by either Colgate, Oral B, Crest) to take home:

• Crayola
• Disney’s Princesses
• Power Rangers
• Disney’s Cars
• Dora / Diego
• Barbie
• Sponge Bob Shrek

and many more, including “adult” brushes for the older patients. Each child receives a sample of Act Fluoride Rinse for Kids to keep as well.

Cleanings:
We only employ Georgia State Licensed Registered Dental Hygienists. All of our Hygienists have been with us for at least 5 years, some more than 10 years.

White Tooth Colored Fillings:
We do NOT use silver/amalgam fillings, we do not even stock the materials for such. The most recent scientifically advanced white composite fillings are amazingly durable and completely safe.

Sealants:
Sealants are typically placed (with parental permission of course) on the biting surfaces of the back teeth(molars). This is somewhat like a hard plastic coating that prevents many common childhood cavities in the back teeth. These are among the most common locations for cavities in children and adults, but even sealants may not prevent decay between teeth if flossing is skipped.

Extractions (if needed) of baby teeth for both orthodontic and health related issues.

Crowns:

EMERGENCY / AFTER HOURS CARE:
Dr. Lisa is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for her patients of record ONLY. This means that you must be an established patient, who has visited her office at least one time. Due to the nature of an individualized single-doctor practice,

Dr. Lisa cannot treat emergencies for NON-PATIENTS.
